At Samzhijabi, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies:

Items once delivered cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Any issue with an order must be reported to us on the same day of delivery, along with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Returned items must be in their original, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.

In the interest of hygiene, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy on Hijabs, Scarves, Hijab Caps, Accessories, and Formal Hijabs once opened by the customer.

Sale, clearance, discounted, promotional, or final-sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted solely because a product does not match a customer's outfit, wardrobe, personal styling preferences, color expectations, or desired look. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product images, descriptions, fabric details, colors, and measurements before placing an order.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund, return, or exchange request.
